THE DISMISSAL OF ALFRED RIEDL MADE PRO AND CONTRA

After elected become the chairman of PSSI, Djohar Arifin had made a controversial decision that dismissing Alfred Riedl. This dismissal created pro and cons opinions from people, as well as football lovers of football players themselves.

It is true that the dimissal of Alfred Riedl as a coach is the absolute right of PSSI/Indonesian Football Ascociation, but the dismissal of Alfred seems to be improper at this time. It is because when the preparation of the national team to face World Cup 2014 Pra-Qualificication is very short, the coach who was match with the team was replaced by a new coach instead. While the coachess and players need time to have mutual understanding and chemistry of each character.
Why didn’t he delay this change or at least after the match against Turkmenistan. Or if the problem was the unclear contract, why was Alfred Riedl not offerred with a new contract? These questions arise not only in my mind but all the people of football lovers in Indonesia.
